LEADERSHIP
Develops and
expand your leadership skills. Provides a solid foundation for you by defining leadership
in simple, yet meaningful terms that can be related to the student’s personal, professional
and Rotary life.
COMMUNICATIONS
One of the key elements of leadership is effective communication skills.
No Leader can be successful without the ability to clearly and meaningfully communicate
with both subordinates and superiors.
PLANNING AND BUDGETING
Develop and administer a budget that improves club performance and results.
The why, how, when of planning and budgeting are covered in a way that de-mystifies
the entire process.
EFFECTIVE MEETINGS
Have you have ever sat through a meeting that left you frustrated and
wondering what am I doing here? This session will show you how to make sure
that your meetings never have that effect on the people who attend them.
ROTARY, YOUR CLUB AND YOU
