The Rotary Club of Pocket/Greenhaven is governed by a set of bylaws which are posted online. The rules of Rotary International and the District are controlling guidelines. A Board of Directors of ten members confer on the administration of the club.

The Board meets once a month, usually on Mondays. They are responsible for administration, budgeting and funding. |

Currently, the core board consists of the President - Phil Sherwood, Secretary - Judy Foote and Treasurer - Steve Kwartler. There are seven other members that serve as chairpersons: Foundation - Cathy Taylor, Membership - Nancy Coben, Club Service - Jon Glidden, Community Service - Louise Knedel, International Service - Don Luthringer, Vocational - Eric Christensen and Youth Activities - Vicki Bilstad. |
